I have begun posting recipes.  Today we have Braised Chicken with Apples and Cabbage or a lovely Lamb Stew.

Recipes are for a rather large bunch (like ours), you may want to halve them if you are a smaller family.  I’ll try to upload a photo of that lamb stew tomorrow.
