So there are just two days left to my fast. I’m pretty pleased overall with my progress. The steady weight indicates that my inflammation is under good control. It was never about ‘getting skinny’, although I feel as though it has primed me for getting into a better state of fitness. It is impossible to exercise when your joints are painfully swollen and stiff. That is no longer the case.
A certain husband promised ballroom dance lessons after I achieved this level of health… I’m going to look up Arthur Murray. I wonder if said husband will really come to a class with me, or if he was just baiting me. Hmmmm.
